Stay away

Stay away, i got excited by designs after hundreds of hours i picked 30 tshirts, it was received alright...but

The quality of the print was atrocious, nothing like the pictures or the art, and most of the prints faded after 1 wash yes as bad as the quality is, don't even think of washing it cause it will look like i was used 100 times, you'll start to see cotton part of the tshirt and it begins to peel, what a waste of 800 dollars

One of the best customer support services

Excellent customer service, i had mistakenly bought Size 9 UK which is 2 sizes too large from the US size chart, lesson learnt

Liam on the chat was very helpful and resolved the matter instantly

I came to trustpilot prior to visiting their site, and seen the positive reviews, and now i understand why.

Well deserved and will buy from your shop again in the future.

Great Sound and Excellent Customer Support Service

My Experience with Jays headphones has been extremely pleasing, the Swedish company is releasing premium sound for music enthusiasts at affordable prices that rival the more pricey line-up of headphones, earphones and wireless earbuds from it's competitors.

I've recently purchased their M-seven wireless earbuds, after being with Bose for more than 10 years, the shipping to the UAE was quick 5-7 working days, upon receiving the earbuds i was extremely pleased with the design/sound/battery life from the M-seven, unfortunately after 10-12 days the left earbud stopped working, and was extremely disappointed, i contacted their Customer Support, who have been highly supportive from the point of contact, quick to answer my queries and concerns, they have requested that i ship the earbuds back, but the shipping from UAE was extremely expensive, i informed the support team, who have been kind enough to schedule a pick up from Sweden to my home address.

Upon receiving the defective unite back, they went ahead and ordered a new pair of earbuds for me.

Can't stress how satisfied i am with the way the have handled this unfortunate situation, and will surely continue to buy more of their products in the future.
