Excellent service, phone answered promptly and nothing was any trouble. Emailed just a short while later to confirm everything too. Brilliant service!

items of fire cables were not delivered. They should have been delivered on a pre 10 and weren't delivered at all that day and turned up the following day when they had been purchased elsewhere. Probably a courier fault, however still waiting on a refund.

Have received Fantastic service today from Love Finance. In order to support a large project I spoke to Eamon Burke and explained my requirements. Within a few hours I had received the cash in the bank. Easy process and great customer service from Eamon, who is a credit to his company, making sure I understood what was required and the expectations. Brilliant company and service!

Maxcap were excellent from the initial contact right the way through to receiving the funds to help support a new project. It was a very quick process and I dealt with some very efficient and helpful people. Great job!

Since joining Bibby a short while ago, I have found the facility really good and all staff that I have been involved in from the onboarding process to the team that manage the day to day have been excellent. Both Michael Wall and Aaron Emms have been extremely helpful.

Excellent quick test at Northampton drive through and results received the next day by email earlier than the 10 o’clock promise. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs a PCR test and fit to fly certificate.

Rafeeq was excellent and couldn’t be faulted, where the service was a let down was communication as to when Openreach would be attending to fix the broadband line fault. They had sent two engineers out that I had had no communication about their arrival from be-online so was not at my office (due to not having broadband!) by chance on the third engineer visit and again with no comms when I was luckily in the office, within an hour the fault was fixed. Looks like there needs to be a better process of keeping customers informed.

Rachel visited me at home to discuss and create a will for me. She was very professional and understood what I required and helped me through the process to get this in place. I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend both the company and Rachel to anyone thinking of using their service.

Fantastic service. Initial pricing given quickly, easy to order online and delivery with logo on all items was very good. Quality of all garments were excellent.
