Appalling customer service, never use this airline.

I received a very unclear email advising of a change in our flight details. I read it in detail and came to the conclusion that I didn't need to take any action and it was for information only. I then received another email saying that our flights had been cancelled as I hadn't responded. I spent 40 minutes on the online chat with no success then, after 35 minutes holding, managed to speak to their contact centre who offered alternative flights with slightly different timings, which I accepted. I was advised that I would receive a confirmatory email. Two weeks later I'd received nothing so tried the Lufthansa chat again. This time I was told our booking had been transferred to Helvetic and that I should check in via the Helvetic website. I tried that and Helvetic had no record of our booking. Fortunately I saw a comment that some Helvetic bookings were done via the Swissair website and found our booking there. In summary, Lufthansa changed our flight to another airline without mentioning it on the phone call. They didn't email me to confirm this and when I contacted them, they told me to check in via the wrong airline's website!

Terrible, but getting worse

Just an update to my previous review posted two weeks ago. The order, from mid-January, still hasn't arrived and they haven't responded to several further emails. Essentially, they've simply taken my money without providing the product ordered, which seems pretty much like theft.

Avoid this useless company

Ordered a single MDF circle 26 January, now, on 27 February it still hasn't been delivered. I've emailed them several times and each time they've said they'll chase up the order. They haven't even replied to my latest email to them.
What a rubbish company!
PS I should of course have looked at Trustpilot before ordering. I see the service I've received from them seems pretty typical.

Appalling.

Appalling.
Our delivery days is long past and SCS won’t answer phone calls while there online contact service isn’t working.
I’ll never buy from this lot again and would advise avoiding them.

Terrible service from Jet 2

Just want to make one point - our luggage was left on open trolleys in torrential rain at Turin airport for over an hour so that everything in our cases/ski bags was totally soaked by the time we got home. It would not be difficult to put a tarpaulin over the trolleys if they are going to be in the open for so long. Really poor attitude to passengers by Jet 2.

Appalling, rude and dishonest

Appalling, rude and disheartening - avoid at all costs

mytrip emailed us to advise that our flights had been changed, three months after booking, so that we would arriving in Lyons four hours later than planned. We tried to cancel and they advised that they were going to charge us £52 to cancel the flights which they had changed. The staff member cut us off twice during the call and didn’t keep his promise to call us back then this happened for the second time.
