We recently had the majority of windows replaced in our old stone cottage. This needed the removal of 13 sash windows which had been in place for a very long time so it wasn't an easy job. We had half replaced with sash windows and the rest with mock sash.
We are absolutely delighted with the results. Our windows look great both inside and outside and have definitely helped with heat retention.
Everyone we dealt with was really helpful and all the guys who worked on site were excellent.
We have now ordered windows / doors for our kitchen & utility and didn't hesitate to go straight back to Tyneside Home Improvements who are a company to trust. Thank-you to everyone involved.

Lovely mirror which is great quality. Heavier and sturdier than I thought it would be. Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Great value for money. It was my first purchase and I'd definitely recommend.

Just want to say a huge thank-you to Kieran who connected us in our new home in Morpeth. It all ended up being a bit of an ordeal but he was absolutely brilliant and was determined to complete the job. He had to call for a cherry picker to gain access to the fibre connection needed for our house which is a bit remote. He was absolutely brilliant - so helpful, friendly and really professional. Absolutely excellent customer service. I bought some perfume a month ago. After a few weeks of use the spray stopped working so I contacted customer service. I had a really quick reply and was sent a Freepost return label. To complicate this further, I'd also moved house! The day after I posted the faulty bottle at the post office I had a message to say a replacement bottle had been posted to my new address. They really couldn't have been more helpful.
I will definitely buy from them again. Thank-you. 🥰

So happy with my perfume. A brilliant dupe for Vivienne Westwood Boudoir which was my favourite perfume ever. I have worn it since it was launched and couldn't believe it was discontinued!
I set myself a blind test - comparing the real thing (I have a tiny bit left) and my new Eden perfume. I picked the Eden perfume and thought it was the real thing! 💓

First and last FatFace click and collect order. I placed an order on 16 October. I then received an email to say it had arrived so I travelled to town to collect. It wasn't there. The store were helpful and tried to sort things out with customer service who don't seem to have a clue. All a mess and I still don't have my order. Had to be very assertive in insisting on a refund. Let's see if that manages to be done!

I recently bought a lovely chest of drawers from Treasure Trove. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. The communication from Emma was faultless, helpful and personal. She always replied to emails quickly and my item was delivered in perfect condition (and it's gorgeous!)
After it arrived I decided to paint some other furniture I had in the same colour. Emma was so kind in telling me what paint / wax to use to get the same finish. Just brilliant! Thank-you Emma. 😄 x

Large table and chairs delivered by Graeme & Colin this morning which had to be carried up three flights of stairs. Once assembled they positioned it in our room.
