In my first review, I left 2 stars and I put the blame mainly on the courier that they use (DHL), but after another 5 days waiting (it is 08/06/25 and the order was made on 07/26/25) for delivery, I can say they are not interested in helping me as well. That's why I come back here to lower my star count to one; however, if there were an option to go lower, I would give them 0.
Never again will I use Tredz, and I advise you do the same. Quick to take your money, but really slow to help.

Two parcels in two days, 100% failure rate. The address is correct, but to deliver, you have to walk off the main street. I wish I could give them zero stars. Useless. From today, if there will be only the option to use DHL, I will just look for a different retailer.

I just noticed that factory screen protector start to peel off so I contacted support to have read that if this is removed it may void warranty. After painful conversion they offer to send me nearly 40 miles to Birmingham or send it to them so I ask what I suppose to use in the mean time they say there are procedures and that my only option's . So it was my last phone from Samsung

Bad service I got 4 or 5 appliances at home that I pay between 3.80 and 5 pounds per month . But after this week I will cancel all of them waste of time and money. For 4 pounds p/m times 20 months times 5 appliances I could sort my problem with washing machine by my self or by new one. AVOID this service
