The customer service is great! The team is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way to support any questions we have. The onboarding process was very smooth, and we knew every step since they communicated it from the beginning. Overall, we are very, very happy with RemoFirst since they helped us achieve our international hiring plans at much lower costs.

The website is very friendly and easy to use to obtain the insurance. I had some questions and I was able to get fast answers in the Live chat. This is only a review for the purchase as I have not made any claims yet since my trip is barely going to start.
