Service was great, I just wished they’d sent a sample copy of what material would be used, and a more in depth file of an image of my requested order. I’m currently stuck with a bunch of packaging I won’t use because the print is poor, and the quality. Service was however good though

Great service, Karol and Paul came to deliver the tv, gave me a call 10 minutes before and when the man who arrived at my door came he was very polite and professional, very happy with the service provided

Issues as every body else on this course, I wish I did more research, it’s like they find vulnerable people looking to make progress and put you in a worse situation, I want to contact so many people on this forum for help but there is no contact details. Been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery, no updates, weather it’s JD or the delivery provider; it’s not a good look for them

Could’ve ordered a wrong size, but hattons rang me themselves to confirm this and it was sorted, lovely customer service, product came fast, I love it
