This is a criminal organization. They simply cancelled my train to Amsterdam while being in it and dropped us of in the middle of nowhere with no way further to the destination.

This is just the latest in an uncountable amount of horrible experiences that I had to endure due to this incompetent and shady company (like for example the time I had to pay a 400€ fine for travelling with a ticket that a friend bought for me who forgot to change his name to mine and them treating me as if I was a criminal for this mistake that could have been understood under the circumstances)

Please avoid if possible!!!

The Worst delivery company out there. When they do ring they leave the (mostly damaged) packages randomly downstairs in the building that anyone in the building can grab. Otherwise, like today, they say that nobody is home without ringing, and we have to wait another day to go pick up our parcel.

The worst customer experience ever... They attract you with 25€ credit but don't let you use it for the option you came for and just take the money from your account. It's also impossible to contact them and the only way to access my account is through an app that is not available on my 2019 phone (OnePlus 7 Pro)
