Massively recommended - helped by Nicholas at Reading store
Went into the Reading location 20 minutes before closing for a gait analysis, and despite it being a bit late compared to when they'd usually offer one the staff were kind enough to get me on the treadmill. The employee who helped me, Nicholas, gave really insightful and useful information regarding my gait and what the best shoe for me would be. Nicholas had clear answers to all of my questions and suggested a few different shoes that would best suit my gait; it was clear that he was listening and had my best interests in mind.
I ended up trying on a couple different shoes and left the store with a pair of ASICS Cumulus that felt great.
Overall I can't fault the experience, Nicholas was welcoming, helpful, and attentive, despite my coming in late. Definitely recommend.
