From UAE experienced disgusting customer service…

What a disgusting customer service experience!

Asos received Over 45 negative reviews in the week alone.

My experience:

I placed an order from UAE and arranged a return online for collection - received no email with the QR code.

I contacted their live chat customer service the despicable persons name (Michael) tells me asos returns can’t send to my Hotmail because they’re having technical problems sending to customers with Hotmail. Then asked me for an alternative email address yahoo or something - I said no I don’t have another such email and to find another solution.

This person tells me “oh thats a problem then how can I send it if you dont have another email”

I asked to forward to the manager - he/she then tells me

“If that’s the case you don’t want to cooperate, you may simply return the parcel on your own”

And ended the chat.

I had to open another chat where I then reported that agent to (Raymart) the new cs agent who simply provided me with the QR code in that same chat. It was that simple.

Absolutely gross customer service that person needs to be sacked immediately and never given any cs jobs because trust me when I say I never want to shop at asos again due to this.

THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU. BE CAREFUL

Such a terrible experience each time - I come back after months of not shopping with them and it’s the same thing.

They never refund you correctly in time even after receiving the returned goods back. They will selectively refund 1/2 items and delay the rest probably indefinitely if you do not take action.

I have once again had to report them to my credit card company for a dispute. Talk about wasting someone’s time.

Ridiculous do not trust this company one bit now. I will make sure this is the last time I use it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE RUDE STAFF

Currently living in an apartment that they handle it’s been over a year.

Team seems to have changed and certainly not for the better.

There was an electrical fault in the plugs connected to the kitchen device’s microwave airfyer etc. can’t cook or anything and is a safety concern.

reported it and the new guy gaith or something was extremely rude to send a voice note saying “oh sorry I don’t have anyone to come check just leave it till tomorrow”.

The reviews are all on point this is not a good company to be renting from. Certainly will be our last year.

HERMES SCAM THEY DISGUST ME.

I’ve been emailed by my parcel company who said hermes states my parcel weighed over 2.3kg which is absolute bs I have sold so many of the same product and there is no way it ways that. The weight is under 1KG. They’re asking me to provide proof yet when I’ve asked them to provide proof of this they’ve not bothered. Hermes ripping people off and third party parcel companies gladly assist with that. Ridiculous. They need to be investigated ASAP.

HERMES ARE THIEVES

HERMES ARE THIEVES THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PARCELS AND NOT BOTHER TO REPLY BACK.

TRACKING IS ABSOLUTELY RUBISH WHICH THEY DONT CARE TO UPDATE.

3 WEEKS AND THE TRACKING STILL SAYS “on its way” CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED GOODS IVE LOST MY GOODS, And no COMPENSATION GIVEN.

THEY EMAILED 3 weeks AGO SAYINV THEY ARE INVESTIGATING AND WILL REPLY BACK IN 24 hours. WELL 3 weeks and NO REPLY. NOTHING.

For all the good reviews yea I thought that too when all was delivered on time but just wait till something goes wrong you will get no response no way of contacting them.

RUBBISH COMPANY I HOPE THEY GO BUST.
