I always had positive interactions with Elvery’s deliveries. However, this time, the delivery took longer than usual. Also, there was not great communication of when it would be delivered. When I tracked it, it told me to track it on the Shop App. When I did this, after a week, it said the product was delivered. When I went to Elvery’s to collect, it had not been delivered. When it did arrive, I got no email, like I did on previous orders, to say it was ready for pickup. A lady finally phoned me to say it had arrived.
