Poorly communicated changes to the…
Poorly communicated changes to the accommodation location, which proved to be 100 miles further away from our area of intrest, increased our travel cost and consumed commuting time. Changes to the initial airline schedule resulted in a lost vacation day and meant we literally ran through the Amsterdam airport. In addition, we had to book an additional hotel in Rome with a wake-up call at 02:30 to make the 05:30 flight change.
Travel details for the accommodation were not adequate to locate the property, even using Michelin maps and AAA guides.
