Ordered boiler part, email was sent informing me part was damaged and would refund. Phoned Ryan 5 days later and he refunded PayPal, straight away. Unlike previous post my experience was positive

My faith restored in Netflights

Appreciate this is unprecedented times and the travel industry have had a extremely difficult situation to cope with. We had booked flights with Netflights to NewYork at the end of March with Virgin. I was unsure if I would get refunded, Netflights have been in touch with updates over the last month about the refund and how their refund team was in negotiations with Virgin. I have recently been refunded promptly as soon as Netflights have received funds from Virgin. This has restored my faith in a professional reliable travel agency. I would book again in the future.

Like all the rest lost my parcel

Like all the rest lost my parcel only reference they got, it was picked up that’s it.
They told my customer to get a refund off the sender several times.
I have had a response saying they are sorry and will search depots. Since then no reply. A plain white van picked it up, my guess it has been stolen by unscrupulous staff. I had three texts on different days to pickup the same parcel.
Diabolical company.

Don’t bother using their parts/spares website

Don’t bother using their parts website, they will take your money and not send the parts. Use a alternative supplier if your unlucky enough to own on of their appliances.
Shame Hotpoint WAS a brilliant company with excellent machines and service,

Unscrupulous behaviour

I wanted a answer regarding fraudulent transactions on my bank account. I enquired online and was asked for a £5 joining fee. I was then put through to a online chat ‘Jim Lawyer
After describing my situation Jim suggested I talk on the phone and was asked to pay £40. I decided against this and closed the chat box. I have been charged £40 membership fee.
This has added more stress to my situation.
People beware.
