I judge a business by how the manage things when they don't go according to plan. I ordered a lovely pair of trainers unfortunately they didn't suit me when they arrived. I requested a return and it went through swiftly. Even the postage was free and royal mail pick the package from my house the very next day. Just superb.
Very professional and pleasant. Really quick to help with my query too.

UPDATED: After speaking to customer services Frankie,who was helpful and friendly the phone arrived the very next day. The issue once explained was due to the colour availability.
I ordered a phone on the 16th June for my daughters 16th birthday present and I have recieved no phone, no correspondence from the company I have had to chase and yet still no delivery holding customers money. Disgraceful!!! I will will putting this across every social platform to warn new customers to aviod smart celluar!!!

To be honest what I ordered didn't suit me but I've tested the refund policy and its very simply and the monies were refunded back quickly too. I think a company performance should be measured on not when things goes right it's how they managed matters when they goes wrong.
