DONT ORDER FROM HERE
Placed an order on 12/12 when promised to ship by holiday. 10 days later after checking the tracking info again and again, it seems it was never shipped. I reached out to the customer service and got an email saying that "we are happy to inform that it's being processed and you shall receive it within the 7-14 days.." a few days later, i asked where it is got another automated mail "we are happy to inform that it's being processed and you will receive it within 7-10 days"... After the new year, I asked where it is, another automated email " we are happy to inform that....." yesterday 1/3, i emailed asking for a refund, as i don't need it anymore holiday is over! Got another automated email "we are happy to inform that you will receive it within 3-7 days., then gave a link of cut off times for gifts that was never shown before"... seriously do you read emails? STOP SAYING "WE ARE PLEASED TO INFORM THAT..." NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN... MONEY WASTED.... I PUT IN ORDER 12/12 HOPING TO GIVE HUSBAND A CHRISTMAS SURPRISE WHAT DID WE GET? My husband said maybe if we ever receive it, he will treat it as an early Christmas gift for next year....
