Love this place

It’s strange the lower reviews this place shows. Both my husband and I use call on doc so much for prescriptions and our Zepbound and it’s so super fast and every time I’ve had to reach out to ask a question or get something fixed it’s been super fast and friendly. We live in a very small town and getting to urgent care is not easy so this is our lifesaver. The ONLY place I use for medical needs that need immediate attention

Lied to - took my money and got nothing

Ordered and approved on a Monday. Thursday still nothing shipped, find out the pharmacy does not ship on Fridays. Website states medication ships in 24 hours. When I called customer service ( cause you are not gonna get a chat agent) I was lied to and told it was arriving today. I called back and was told it has not shipped. Said forget it at this point. Cancel and refund my money. I was told that had to be escalated as well and would be ANOTHER 24-48 hours. This place is misleading, they lie and they do absolutely nothing to resolve a situation. Basically they have stolen $375 and continue to ask me to just wait. Please check out some place else before you give your money here.

Extremely disappointed

EDIT** I have spoke with a manager and she was quite helpful and nice, however I have still yet to hear from a provider about my med/order so I’m still just sitting stagnant and wondering what’s going on. I opted to not have my money refunded but if I don’t hear from a provider in the next hour I will have no choice. No one should have this much struggle with a provider(s) or getting what they’ve paid for.

They say you’ll hear same day within 6 hours from a provider- NOT TRUE!!! I call customer service and literally got voicemail cause “ no one was available to answer my call”. They took my money and when I chatted I was told to just wait a few more hours - I waited and still nothing!!! Husband and I will cancel and they better refund both our payments as we will find a company that treats us with respect and wants our business.I would have only given 1 star but my husband did get his processed in a timely manor.

Amazon is thieves and liars

Amazon is thieves and liars. Don’t order anything and then cancel cause they will do everything they can to ensure that your pending transactions stays in that status as long as possible and then lie over and over about it They will blame everyone but themselves and patronize you and talk to you like your stupid and don’t know how things work. Cancel an order and they ensure you’re not getting access to YOUR money as long as they can drag it and refuse to help. Make excuses.

Dont get this card, greedy and dont care.

Less then 24 hours with money on my card and had to call customer service. Horrible experience, very greedy and you can tell they totally dont care about the customer. Implied is was my fault and my issue. I'm a single mom and took $30 in service fees because they cant figure out I had more then 1 card and again blamed me. Please find a different card company, this one will not help you unless you want someone just taking your money and not giving a damn. Sad and disappointing and my anxiety is through the room. I really needed my money, I budget to the penny.
