On boarding process
The on boarding process was ageist and insulting. I am 57 years old and have had three surgeries in my life - all of them more that a decade ago (I have been perfectly healthy since) and I was expected to explain/justify why you should insure me. And all this in the knowledge that you have insured me before. And I don't think i made very many claims, so perhaps you could revisit this. I am grateful to my agent for his efforts to get me over the line.

I hope you can appreciate there are standard questions we have to ask as part of the application process for underwriting and compliance purposes.
