I ordered an item online but discovered that it was damaged when I received it. I contacted Beatty's by phone and was advised to photo the item and they would assess the damage. Having done that, the company contacted me straight away and arranged collection and full refund. Thanks in particular to Brenda for her help and efficiency.

Communication was good and package was delivered as advised.

Choosing the right blinds on the website was very straight forward once I had the correct technical data for the skylight.
Delivery was two days later and the blinds were easily fitted when the video instructions were followed.
The blinds are excellent and do their job perfectly.

Ordered a number of items a few weeks ago and then noticed that the delivery date would be delayed due to 2 items not ready for immediate dispatch. I sent an email and the available items were dispatched immediately and the others followed 2 weeks later at no extra cost. Great service!!
