Absolute con. Wanted to download a car manual, paid and then that manual was not available. Fortunately noticed the small print about “CANCEL OR WE CHARGE YOU £24 A MONTH”

Excellent service, brilliant price.

Needed a new washing machine. Martins had an excellent choice of machines in Stock. Went for Bosch. Only two days later the machine was plumbed in, given a test run and the old machine taken away.

I have used Martins before and will always go back. Their prices are great, they are pleasant to deal with and provide a service “beyond compare”.

Independents like this really deserve to survive.

Have been a loyal customer for years BUT

Have been a loyal customer for years. But I noticed veg were often, 30% of the time, rotten when I got them home. So I now buy veg from Tesco. Today bought 2 rump steaks. One of them the worst rump steak of my life, and I am 68. I have complained before about products like liquid peanut butter. Got nowhere. Would be easier to get compensation out of the local council for pothole damage - so that is saying something. I think Dame White has wrecked this great British institution.

Delivered to someone else.

I waited in to receive my parcel. While waiting I received an email to say it had been delivered. Well not to me it hadn't!

The next day a neighbour came round and said "This was delivered to me yesterday by mistake".

At last I had a double expresso to recover!

I downloaded and installed MS Office…

I downloaded and installed MS Office for home & student.

I was unable to activate the software.

I sent an email to support and first thing the next morning received an email from Jack Wood which contained a patch to apply.

Very easy to implement - just three key clicks - and the software now works fine.
