5* plus for this company, the protein and meal replacement extremes are fantastic, Iv had chocolate bueno and white chocolate bueno and they are so nice. I put a bit of peanut butter in them and a banana and it’s sooo tasty especially first thing in the morning! No more coffee, really fantastic flavours, the packaging is really nice too, will never go elsewhere now!

Such an amazing well thought Mother’s Day gift, I brought this for my mum so she hasn’t got round to using it yet as she’s got to wait 😝 in it is 2 bath bombs, a cute little hand bag and a huge swallow round one, hand painted, I can smell them through the packets! Scented “scandalous” or something similar, a gorgeous mum hand soap, a large mango body wash & bubble bath, and a bathing dust which is Prosecco & raspberry I believe, all in a cute pink box ready to be gifted and it says Mother’s Day on 🥰

Packed well and posted fast however. Making up a £60+ order and then getting hit at checkout with £20+ Vat/Tax & an expensive delivery charge is just not ok. Iv aborted my cart for this reason as it’s too much hassle thinking that it’s affordable and then having all that extra cost. I’d rather it just be a set price and no nonsense it’s off putting. The jars however are very nice.

I brought some lovely moulds that were on offer, and they are amazing, I haven’t used the neon mica or the jasmine yet but I’m so happy with them. The moulds are really well made, fast delivery (and excellent delivery rates too) thank you so much! X

The laundry fragrances are amazing, so so strong and out of this world. If you want STRONG, go for Moonlight Lily, & Northern Solstice. I know their oils always tend to be strong but these two scents are powerful, I think it’s due to them being ‘dried outside’ ones, I tried Tropical Sunset too and that’s lovely. I love the strength of the oils, the free CLP and next day delivery. Also Ben who does the phones etc he is amazing, he is a credit to Craftiful. For strong oils and fast posting, Craftiful is for you 🙌🏽

Terrible company. I raised a complaint for a purchase I made on finance, I called and emailed numerous times, I was ignored constantly, the only emails I recieved were saying ‘ reminder that we will close this complaint if you do not respond ‘
I was stuck with an item that wasn’t fit and they were no help! If you have any problems don’t expect this company to help because all they want is your money and don’t care about you! Also the log in is ridiculous and almost impossible to log on! Waiting for reset emails that haven’t come through so I can’t even check how much I ow. I am paying off the remaining and I will never use this again. AWFUL.

5* best prices. Would be better if you spend over a certain amount to get free delivery as a lot of companies do this.
