We have been using Peninsula to support HR, and just wanted to take the time to write how thankful we are for the service and team during a difficult situation. Tegan Voges, who works in litigation has been outstanding.
She was very thorough as there was a lot of information to go through, explained everything clearly and factually and really helped inform our decisions. It was much needed at the time, and can’t explain how helpful this service and support has been.

Aaron H swiftly fixed the WiFi when it went down within the day. Tested it, waited and also replaced the router. Top service.

Speedily fitted a boiler within a day of getting a quote.
Installers were really friendly, efficient and the price was the best I got by a long way from quite a few quotes.

For a service in london was really pleased, and will def use again for any gas issues.

So far really good service. Just off the phone with Ros B who is setting up our policies, contracts and employee handbook, I’m new to all this and run a small company, but have learnt a lot just from this initial process.

Can't give this zero stars, but Halifax is the worst for customer services, we were on the phone for 3 hours and gave up when reporting fraud on the account.

There's no other way to report it. If you are thinking of opening a count - check elsewhere, this is soooo bad! Never experienced anything like it.

The delivery time is really terrible, took literally months, and longer than they kept saying, but would say it’s worth the wait. Bought patchwork stools, if u can understand the instructions, the product is actually worth it all the negativity with the rest. Comfortable and stylish. Absolutely almost no chance of returning them but they are unique, so being generous on the rating. Also customer service did come back to me. If u have the patience and sure u like the product would take a punt on it.
