Shocking!

Shocking!
Ordered online.. so far so good I thought.
Then came delivery weeks later.
Contact was made by Furdeco their delivery partner.
From the very first phone call to them they messed up the delivery completely which resulted in them not delivering the item at all on the chosen day. This actually cost us £60.00 in wages for the morning that they didn’t turn up. Their customer service was appalling and they made no effort other than to rebook a delivery for the following week. This was agreed as a 1st drop 7am - 10am.
Needless to say we were not the 1st drop.
Both boxes arrived battered and damaged and the driver had to take pictures as did we.
Luckily the contents look undamaged but that is no thanks to this shower of a courier company. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a paper clip on time and safely.
I tried calling The Range.. no luck speaking to anyone. They will not call you back even when you request a call via their painful WhatsApp chat system which again is shocking.
So I emailed.. eventually had replies from different people telling me the same thing and also given out a different delivery date to what Furdeco had confirmed?? Priceless!
More like Useless actually.
Ordering furniture through the range .. never again! Customer service process is shocking. I just hope I don’t have a problem in the future as dealing with the range customer service team is painful. Absolutely pathetic!

AVOID MILESEEY AT ALL COSTS!!
Wish I could give less than 1 star...
Absolutely dreadful company. Gutted I didn't read the reviews first. Placed an order for a GenePro G1 Rangefinder on the 21 August 2025 which was quoted as in stock. Eventually got an update stating it was now on Pre-Order.
I later chased for a response / update but nothing, no reply.
Then I chased again and told them to cancel the order. They finally replied offering a discount of $40.00 (I'm based in the UK?). I stupidly agreed..
Not seen the rangefinder or the refund / discount. I have since asked for a full refund and now they are not responding at all.
These people are beyond a joke, communication is awful. They take the money and deliver nothing.

DREADFUL - Ordered 3 pairs of shorts

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts, delivery took ages and when they finally arrived the quality was awful, cheap nasty material and the sizes are ridiculous, probably based on overseas sizes if you get my drift. I tried one pair on and the plastic button fell off. I didn't even try on the other 2 pairs. I contacted the company and arranged a refund. I was asked to send them back which I did. They were signed for on the 20th June but they denyed that untill I proved it and sent photos of the "Gannaways Florist" where they were delivered to by their request. I have chased several times but still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Better pictures needed.

Some of the angles of the photos can be a little deceiving and not show all the blemishes on the club. Some better close up photos of the club faces.

Poor Communication

Accepted the order. Apparently had a problem with Despatch but didn’t bother to notify me and the medication was not sent out. If they had notified me I could have contacted the vet for a supply. Very poor!!

Quick enough to take the money but not…

Quick enough to take the money but not refund even though their fault. You collected the club via DPD. Barcodes are irrelevant and your issue, not mine.
STILL NO REFUND !!!!

Ordered club

Ordered club. Wrong club sent. Club I wanted now not in stock. No explanation just told they will issue a refund which still hasn’t happened.
