Ordered online.. so far so good I thought.
Then came delivery weeks later.
Contact was made by Furdeco their delivery partner.
From the very first phone call to them they messed up the delivery completely which resulted in them not delivering the item at all on the chosen day. This actually cost us £60.00 in wages for the morning that they didn’t turn up. Their customer service was appalling and they made no effort other than to rebook a delivery for the following week. This was agreed as a 1st drop 7am - 10am.
Needless to say we were not the 1st drop.
Both boxes arrived battered and damaged and the driver had to take pictures as did we.
Luckily the contents look undamaged but that is no thanks to this shower of a courier company. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a paper clip on time and safely.
I tried calling The Range.. no luck speaking to anyone. They will not call you back even when you request a call via their painful WhatsApp chat system which again is shocking.
So I emailed.. eventually had replies from different people telling me the same thing and also given out a different delivery date to what Furdeco had confirmed?? Priceless!
More like Useless actually.
Ordering furniture through the range .. never again! Customer service process is shocking. I just hope I don’t have a problem in the future as dealing with the range customer service team is painful. Absolutely pathetic!
