We have now booked a few times with Panache. Previously, over the years we booked with another company and rarely got to speak with the same person but with Panache we request Nicole and either get put through straight away or she rings us back. It makes the whole booking process so much easier. We can choose our cabin, our flights and she has every bit of detail we need. She is very friendly and so good at her job.

We have just booked another cruise through Nicole again. She makes the whole process so easy, is very friendly. She is also very patient while we decide on our suite number and flights etc. We always ask for Nicole when we ring through.

Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us choose the cruise best suited to our needs.

The two drivers we had on our outward and return journey were pleasant and safe drivers. The cars for each journey were smart and clean. The reason we haven’t given 5* is because we were charged an extra €25 when we arrived at our hotel. The driver said the company kept ringing him during our journey to tell him to charge us extra as they had to wait for us to arrive. Our flight landed on time, we only had carry on bags so we didn’t have to wait for luggage. There was a big queue coming through security then the instructions to find the driver weren’t clear so that took a few minutes to find him. Even before the plane door opened the driver was ringing to see where we were, then a few more time’s coming through security. This was not our fault. This company needs to know it takes time to get through the airport.

No nonsense gas and electric suppliers. Always one of the cheapest when it comes to renewal. Even sending your meter readings with there app is so easy and simple. Great
