To be fair the communications on the customer service line when finally got through was Ok, but the backup following was very slow and needed further calls to get the correct response regards policy ammendments.
I have several pensions and policies with them as they took over Pearl Assurance bussiness years ago but am considering moving my bussiness elswhere.
