My daughter had R S Connect remove her dash cams that were fitted by them just over 1 year ago and will be getting them re-installed next week in her new car. Thanks to the engineer Alexander and another engineer, ( sorry can’t remember his name), who were very pleasant, did a good job and worked in a timely manner in the removal of the dash cams. I have used Staysure many times over the past 3 years. They are a good travel insurance company. With very good customer service.

I find Staysure a good company to deal with for travel insurance. This is down to their exceptional customer service operatives who I have always found to be Polite and professional and make you feel at ease when asking all the medical questions. They never seem annoyed if you ask them to repeat a question, unlike some insurance companies I have dealt with in the past. I do however feel that they are quite expensive if you have any medical conditions, I think most insurance companies are the same in this respect. I have used Staysure for approx 3 years now and will more than likely use them again in future.

I ordered this for my sister, she is very happy with the hearth and is glad she ordered from this company. I found it to be very easy to navigate the website, the company is excellent and the product was well packaged. The delivery company is also excellent and I was surprised that the hearth was delivered within a week of ordering to Scotland. I would highly recommend this company. Thankyou very much.

This is the third time I have got my travel insurance with Staysure. Some companies will not insure me due to health conditions. The policy was a bit pricier than I expected but I was willing to pay due to past experiences with other Companies. The advisor was lovely, it didn’t take long to go through the medical questions, even though there were 5 family members on this policy, 3 of whom have medical conditions. I will most certainly use Staysure again for insurance for my next trip and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have medical conditions. Thanks

I think they are a good company. This is the second trip I have taken insurance with them. Unfortunately i am not covered for pre-existing medical conditions, due to awaiting a hospital consultation for diagnosis for my problem, but i am insured for everything else eg:- medical conditions after taking out the policy, cancellation's etc. At least they did insure me for everything else to do with my holiday, some other companies would not insure me at all. Thankyou to the customer advisor who dealt with me (sorry I can’t remember his name), for explaining the policy to me. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional, and helped me to understand the reasons why I can’t be covered for my medical conditions.

Thanyou very much. I have now received the cameras, they have now been fitted and are working as expected.

I was very happy with the repair on my tumble dryer. The engineer was on time and carried out the repair in an efficient and timely manner. He was very tidy and cleared any mess that was made after fitting the new heater. Thanyou very much for a great after sales service and to the engineer who did a great job. The only negative I would say is regarding the machine itself, not the repair. The heater needed replaced after only 7 months and the filters are very poorly made as they tear very easily this is due to very thin netting. The engineer has ordered me another new one to be posted to me. This will be the third filter including the one when I got the dryer . Not very good for a dyer that is only 7 month old but it does dry the clothes very well and is very easy to use.

I purchased dashcams front+rear for 2 cars from Nextbase and professional fitting by RS Connect. I am very happy with the fitting that was carried out by John. The cameras were fitted exceptionally well and John worked in a very timely and tidy manner. He then demonstrated to my daughter how the cameras worked. Thankyou for an exceptional service.

I like the ease of the app. I like buying from next because of the petite range, although sometimes even petite can still be a little too long. At least you do a decent petite range as a lot of retailers don’t. Thanks
