The part was exactly what I needed but it took two weeks to deliver. I expected to receive *some* communication about the delay but there was none; I was beginning to think that I had been scammed. It wasn't until I contacted the company directly that my order would be shipped late. I expected better communication from them.

Our transaction was a little more complicated since we had an out-of-state son on the title which required that we use a Limited Power of Attorney (LPA). Note: If you have a similar situation, clarify which specific LPA form you need to use - that would have saved us some time and a few dollars.

The price was right, the activation was unsettling. When I attempted to activate the product key, I was informed that it was already in used. I called PC Sales Online and they instructed me to use the "Call Microsoft" option to activate the product. It took a few minutes but fortunately it worked.

Their advertised price of $199 per axle is used to get you in the door. I took my vehicle in for a free brake inspection and was quoted about $560 for rear brakes. I had a similar experience with them about 15 years ago and thought their business practices had changed but clearly not.
