Customer Service

Received an email from HP informing me that they had received my refund request and that they will send a courier to collect my product. The thing is that I'm happy with the product and never requested a refund!!! The email did not allow replies so I rang their customer services. What a joke. I waited over an hour for them to answer but gave up after constantly hearing the same message of "All our agents are currently busy. Please stay on the line". Hopefully "Customer Services" read this!!

Fresh food left in sunshine!

The item for delivery is for fresh food stuffs which is clearly marked. Driver did not ring on the doorbell but just left the box on the door step in hot sunshine! Was only found by chance and the items quickly moved into the fridge.

CASHBACK

Booked an expensive holiday through Travel Republic and chose them because I was entitled to a cashback if tracked through QUIDCO. Did not receive the cashback so enquired with QUIDCO who contacted me back to inform me that Travel Republic had "declined your cashback claim stating that your purchase was either amended, returned or cancelled."
I can assure you that it was neither amended, returned or cancelled!
I reached out to Travel Republic Customer Services who eventually replied saying that they could not escalate and I had to contact QUIDCO but I had already contacted them.
Looking at previous reviews this appears to be a common issue with Travel Republic refusing to honour the cashback request.
Due to this I will be booking further holidays with alternative companies.

No contact from Customer Services

Waited for a parcel delivery from Sports Direct and received a text that it had been delivered by EVRI to my house. I had received no doorbell ring and the dog had not barked so immediately went outside but no trace of the parcel. The text showed a 'proof of delivery' photo
of a grass verge. My neighbour opposite checked his CCTV which showed the delivery driver pull up outside his house opposite mine next to a "grass verge"! He got out of his car and went to his rear passenger seat, opened his car door, did something and then got back into his car and drove off. At no time did he approach my house and attempt to deliver the parcel.
Contacted the Evri Customer Services immediately but got a Chatbot with a reference number and informed someone would ring me but no one did.
I can't afford to order another pair of shoes and am at the end of my tether and so upset. Why aren't these drivers vetted? Will contact Sports Direct in the morning if nothing heard from EVRI.

Lies

Lies! Waited in all day for a delivery & at 6.30pm received a text to say "Sorry we missed you. We will try again tomorrow" The driver did NOT attempt to deliver it as we were all at home - the doorbell is working correct. CCTV also does not show the driver attending. Also no card left.
I rang their Customer Service who apologised and took my number and stated that they would contact me within 24 hours!!!!!!
With more and more households installing CCTV this company can no longer lie to their customers! Absolutely shocking!!!
