You made up instructions and put place…

You made up instructions to put parcel in shed if out
I would never have instructed that as there is no access through to a shed. Instead your delivery driver instead of ringing the bell .. trespassed down the side of my house and forced my gate the wrong way. Why didn’t he ring bell?!!
I specifically arranged delivery for when I was here.
I now have to get gate repaired. Totally disgusted at service

This stretching course is AMAZING!! And GENUINE xx

So I purchased this last year and at a reasonable rate. Easy to download and started the sessions and got to full pike . had to put on hold for a while since I got a ruptured appendix… nothing to do with exercise.. just infection… but slowly this past few months I’ve started stretching again… it helps back,neck and most of all hip flexors and now I’m back to full pike …
They are so helpful if you’ve any questions they get back to you and I totally recommend this work out. You won’t look back!! I’m 57!! And I bend like I’m 25!!

However it’s Saturday today and have been waiting for my delivery since Tuesday. There was no update after it said driver a little delayed.
And that was before any bad weather.
However all was good

Yes there’s a bit of paperwork but you then just take a picture of each doc and upload and submit.
I’ve never made a claim for anything else but what an experience.

Goods NEVER delivered….

I’d just returned from hospital after surgery and needed some new loungewear and pyjamas that were comfortable around tummy area. Ordered Tuesday 1st and said all through order I’d receive weds as all was in stock.
Weds evening was text saying order delayed even though showing dispatched on tues evening! Said 1-2 days delay. Saturday another text saying order delayed 1-2 days.
Online chat
On Sunday said they’d no idea where order was but could cancel and reorder but I requested to cancel and refund. Subsequent texts saying order still delayed and took till thurs 10th for refund on account.
And now I get this! What was
My experience… well I wouldn’t order from them again. Normally I buy
Most of my clothes from next but in store. At the moment I’m still recovering from my op so can’t go to the store.
Very disappointed and it’s not good enough Next. Especially giving NO expected date for delivery.
Sort your logistics out otherwise many customers will be unhappy!

Love these Clean drinks! Amazing

Love this company and love their non alcoholic drinks. The rhubarb gin I recently got is really nice. The ingredients are good… nothing dodgy and perfect for a refreshing gin and tonic in the middle of the day without it making you feel tired! Also fab to offer visitors especially if driving!!
Love it!! Better than all the other 0% gin and other drinks out there. They all are loaded with sugar and aspartame (really bad for you) and taste synthetic!!
Clean G , R (rum) , T (tequila) and V (vodka) all amazing!! And very few calories too!!

Thanks John! Customer Service at its best!!

I needed to call into customer services to get a replacement bread maker as I noticed there was a slight flaw in the body work on receipt of the unit yesterday...I spoke with John, a polite, friendly gentleman whose obvious aim was to sort out my exchange as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is customer service at its best - encompassing all the necessary skills required...listening, advising and successfully resolving the problem in a friendly, empathetic and reassuring manner with a definite smile in his voice. Thank you Lakeland and John!! I just wish some other companies could take a leaf out of your book and replicate this attitude.

If I could I would give Cultivar 10 Stars!!

Absolutely thrilled with the service - from buying Mums greenhouse in 2016 to buying my very own gorgeous greenhouse which has just been installed and I cant wait to start using it....so here's my experience....
Quote process.....first class ...dont be afraid to call directly....they ALWAYS answer! They advise you..they are experts!!
Order process... as above...really efficient and can be done over phone too..you just have to put down a deposit.
Timescales/delivery....a few months dependent on when you order but remember these greenhouses are the real deal and handmade! My delivery date had to be changed as there had been weather issues for my builders but Cultivar were so flexible....thanks Nikki!
THE BUILD....well Martin and Simon were so professional and I really was amazed how methodical and quickly they worked...even though there was a torrential downpour halfway through....Coffee and homemade cakes were on hand though and soon I was being handed the keys to my beautiful greenhouse!!
And finally a massive thanks to Daniel who I feel ive been on a greenhouse journey with since my Dad died in 2016.... he would have loved both the one we bought in his memory for mum and mine too.... Im sure he is busy in there now even though I cant see him....
Worth every single penny... cos a greenhouse is for life!!

Amazing customer support!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Having had a 'time out' from trading, I have recently started trading again and had some teething problems with my account not having up to date details etc plus a few other things. Don’t be without your dots!!

Got my first ones from Tracey at an event these were the sleep dot the 5g for phone and the energy dot. All are amazing. The sleep dot makes me have the best deep sleep ever and so much so I take it with me when away!!
Recently bought an aqua dot and stuck it on the bottom of water bottle. It does actually work and I’m sure the water suddenly becomes vitalised!! Try doing the blind test. It works every time. Thanks everyone at energy dots!! Brilliant x
