Had to make a query and was dismayed to see it was chatbot, but, I was soon transferred to a human who answered my query quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.

My call was handled professionally, friendly, and courteously. I cannot fault the call handler, I am now awaiting to see if the repair actually gets done.
I sometimes wonder what I pay rent for, because it's certainly not the level or standard of some repairs or so called upgrades.

This is the 2nd time I have travelled with Jet2 as a single holiday maker, I cannot fault anything, from booking in, the airport (Liverpool John Lennon) the staff, the cabin crew, the assistance at Dalaman airport, all first rate.
The hotel was a fantastic choice by them.
I travelled on the 12/10/2024.
Location was fantastic, close enough to walk into the main town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
Rooms are quite a generous size, (I travelled alone) and come complete with small fridge, kettle, hairdryer and sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and whitener. The beds were low and hard, which if you have mobility issues is a bit of a pain getting up from, the toilets were quite low too, I had to use the bathroom door handle to get up and down. The rooms were given a once over every day and a good clean every 3 days.
Air con was added bonus.
The staff were all amazing, especially Deniz who cleaned the block I was in. If you have a disability or mobility issues I would make sure to ask for block 1 as blocks 2 and 3 are not really accessible, you have to go down external steps, I found these really hard to do at the end of the day.
Food was a bit samey, but was on the whole well cooked and tasty. Only bugbear, I was there for 2 weeks and the cocktail was the same throughout, only so many blue lagoons you can drink!!! The all inclusive drinks were local, but still enjoyable. The soft drinks were branded and plentiful. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and quick.
The entertainment was ok, but, although it was all inclusive I met up with friends and we went into the bars in town so didn't experience it all.
Overall, a good holiday and I would return, but I would make sure to ask for ground level of block one to avoid so many stairs.

Why have I only just bought these tights!!! Danced the night away, and, for the first time, never had to adjust them, they fit beautifully.

Have travelled with jet2 before but it's always been someone else doing the booking, this time I booked as a lone traveller to meet up with family and friends. The site was so easy to use, took me through each process without any hitches, I will definitely book with them again
