Purchased the container within the hour.

Communication was 5 stars

Driver delivered today who was more then helpfull

Well here's the update

Well here's the update
No response or reply
I have just phoned them and there reply is that they are still looking into it

This is fraud
Sending out an empty box with used Gucci cover in
Harrods or john Lewis or liberty's would have handled this totally different by either a refund or sending another one

This company is dreadful
I cant believe some one like Selfridges treat there customers like this

Don't buy anything from them

Purchased a Gucci belt for my wife for…

Purchased a Gucci belt for my wife for a surprise to give her tomorrow

Ordered the belt on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery

Yesterday I received an empty box

Still waiting for an answer from the service team

Will write a review with there answer

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company
They use high pressure telephone tactics to try and trick you into spending your money
One of my staff ended up hanging up on the phone to them because of there selling tactics
They have had the audacity to leave my company bad feedback on google
This is an unprofessional and below the belt action
