Still no chair after 5 months.
In JULY I ordered a chair for over 500€ including shipping. The money was taken out directly and the shipping time was supposed to be 12 weeks. Now it is NOVEMBER (almost half a year later) and I still haven’t been provided with my item that I paid a lot for.
This is just unacceptable. The Company doesn’t reply to emails or is trying to help the customers In any way. I got a reply once saying the container ist late ?!...
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here as you will waste your Money.

Bestellung nie erhalten
Guthaben am Freitag bestellt. Bis heute (Montag) bleibt die Bestellung mit dem in der E-Mail enthaltenen Aufladecode aus. Unmöglich.
Keine Antwort des Kundenservice nach mehreren Kontaktaufnahme versuchen innerhalb von 3 Tagen. Geld via Paypal wurde jedoch innerhalb Sekunden abgebucht.
Nie wieder recharge.de !!!!
