4 weeks and no delivery

EDIT: My order was delivered the day my original review was posted, therefore I have updated my review.

I placed an order on 21 August and nearly 4 weeks later there’s no sight of a delivery. The website is misleading as it’s not a UK based service and the tracking information says that it’s been dispatched from China so there is no way orders can be delivered within 3-5 days. I will not be ordering again.

Return fees

Edit: Shortly after expressing concerns with difficulty relating to the delivery and furniture not fitting in my property, I was contacted by Tracey in the customer relations team who was very understanding and ultimately resolved the issue beyond my expectations.

We had an attempted delivery today however according to the delivery guys the wardrobe wouldn’t fit and had to be returned. We paid £100 premium delivery for the wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bed side tables. When contacted by customer service I was quoted £130 fee for return of the goods. The items didn’t even leave the delivery van and I’m having to pay more for the return than the premium delivery in the first place. I have purchased from the OFL before but based on my experience today, will not be ordering from them ever again.

Just had my wardrobe installed by Damian who was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly and completed the installation in a timely manner and to a high standard, leaving the place clean when finished.
