The pipe arrived on time, slight adjustment using other reducers made as pipe did not attach to 50mm Charnwood reducer, do not know why. excellent product, will use again, thanks.

Ordered a Sorby attachment on Wednesday, nothing arrived following Wednesday, phoned up and was told I should have been informed that Sorby shut for a week.
They immediately sorted it out and dispatched the bit straight way and I received it on Thursday by Fed-Ex. I am very pleased with how my query was handled and quickly sorted. Thank you for excellent service.

The problem I had have been dealt with very quickly and very satisfactory, I wish I could blank my previous due how quickly the problem was sorted. thank you.

I ordered some pens and bushings 14th Sept., arrived a few days later. I put the brass inners in over weekend, looked at plans to turn them, found none of the bushings fitted though catalogue stated certain bushing, plan said something else. phoned and was told new bushing coming, this was Monday last. Phoned again Friday 25th, told come tomorrow, no.
I cannot afford the many £s I have spent, I am a pensioner who turns within my means, this is lost money which I could use else ware , I have lost patience so I have parcelled everything I ordered and will send it all back at my expense. (cheaper than losing much more.)

Very easy to select correct inks, staff very helpful in putting me to the right option, have used 999inks before and found they make selection easy and at a good price, thanks

Very satisfied with the inks, due to postal strike it took a while from when the inks were posted to getting delivery, but never mind.

I have found after a number of years as a user, I have never had a problem that could not be sorted out quickly, the standard of service is excellent. There is a large number of products always available.(Kept me sane during lockdown!)

Without being labled as racist, can you get your help desk to speak basic English, I feel uncomfortable keep asking the operator to repeat what he said.

I am very happy with the service at Turners Retreat, if there is a problem they do their best to rectify it, though on the last transaction the wrong product was sent and I had to return it at my expense, the correct product was sent by them a little later.

I have found Turners Retreat have excellent service and are willing to sort out queries quickly.Very knowledgeable.

Why oh why do charities adverts last so LONG?. They plead for money yet waste a lot more buying adverts , praying on the gulable is their mantra. Animal are fare game but do they really think money get to those African kids, it is hived off by war lords or corrupt official, not forgetting admin costs and wages here in UK.
