Delivery within 3 days. Easy to put together. Coffee table was what I had hoped for so delighted.

The whole process was as described in the literature and by Paul Ursell. It was simple, painless and everyone was very caring. I am delighted to have had my cataracts removed and lens implants. No more contact lenses, which is wonderful! Thank you Paul.

First time I had used InPost. Easy to use. The only reason I dropped a star was that I had to go to a second Drop area as the first one was full. OK as I had a car, but maybe not easy for everyone.

Having bought quite a few products that we were delighted with, a jacket did not come up to the normal high standards. Although it had been worn (obviously to know that it was not up to the job) Proviz agreed to take it back and supply us with other product.

Our washing machine and fridge-freezer packed up within a day of each other whilst our daughter and family were staying with us. RDO were able to give helpful and knowledgeable advice, deliver and fit new appliances really quickly.

Good choice of products. Found what I wanted easily. Products were delivered quickly. As they are presents, do not know recipient's views.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I cannot believe how inept, inefficient and useless Moonpig are. The few times I have used them, they have totally let me down. Last Easter they did not deliver the personalised Easter cards I ordered for my grandchildren. After complaining they duplicated some, forgot some, and all came after Easter. In December a friend ordered 2 personalised postcards for myself and another friend - one has never arrived. On 23 January I ordered a large size personalised birthday card for a granddaughter's birthday on 30 January, to go direct to her address. It did not get sent. When I tried to complain, I was 358 in the queue for the on line chat. I got dumped when I got to No. 65. Tried again, and eventually got through to someone who pretended the PO had lost the card. He ordered another one - but everything is wrong. It has arrived at my home instead of the child's home, and it is a normal size card, not the large one that I ordered and paid for.

Easy to order. Delivery quicker than expected. As the knife is a present for my son, I have looked at it, but not tried. It is a superb looking knife, and something he asked for.

I have previously bought Nespresso capsules and decided to give these a go, as I like the idea of a new company taking on the big boys. Sadly I found the capsules weak and tasteless compared to the Nespresso ones. I like strong coffee. My husband quite likes them as he likes weaker coffee.

Sadly I will probably not buy them again, even though they are a lot cheaper.
