So polite and efficient

So polite and efficient

Ian Wells was very helpful and dealt with my change of number plate very efficiently. The previous person that I spoke to last week had put a note on my account informing them that I would be phoning this week to change my number plate so on the whole I have found this company very efficient indeed!

Won’t let me put in a complaint

I just asked to put in a complaint and was told I couldn’t! I am having problems with the display unit as doesn’t show the correct electricity amount from previous days. The first agent said turn it off for 3 days - didn’t work. The second agent said don’t know why they told you that - I will reset tariff and basically if that doesn’t work don’t bother phoning back. The third agent said what I had been told was rubbish and she had worked there for years and gave me instructions to turn off and put by electric meter and turn on again as not talking to meter. Didn’t work so just rang again and was told all the above was a load of rubbish so I asked to put in a complaint turn was told I couldn’t - these agents have all taken the p*** out of me. At the end of the day no one can help me so my display unit is rubbish!! They do not know what they are talking about grrrrrr!!!

Hassle free shopping

We were met at the door by Azzdean at the Cambridge branch of Furniture Village - he pointed us to the bedroom furniture as requested and then left us alone to browse without any hassle. Azzdean then joined us 15 or 20 mins later - I asked some questions and then he left us again. Due to the fact we were not hassled we did put in an order for bedroom furniture & a bed and mattress. Azzdean was very polite and informative. I cannot comment on delivery time as our furniture is not due until mid July

Lovely well made furniture

Lovely well made furniture. Difficult when ordering online but a sample of wood was very helpful. Ian and Jason who delivered and assembled my furniture were professional, friendly, polite and tidy. I am very pleased with my purchase. I brought a whole dining room of furniture with no problems.
