I had a bad experience ordering a Treklife Air inflatable mattress. The video on the product page suggests that it comes with a large bag that one can use to inflate the mattress, but it doesn't. I had to buy a pump from somewhere else at the last minute.

I am very happy with how quick it was to receive the modem, and to activate it a few days later. Customer service was top-notch: David was proactive in contacting me to make sure I was not encountering any problem with the activation process. Thanks!
