We have used Barking Mad for 2 years now. Brad and his team really know dogs. They have found great hosts for our dog who always comes back happy and contented. When it is time to go off on her dog holidays she knows the routine and jumps into to the back of the van and does not look back.

Recently had to decorate at top speed a rental property in London for my family and had one week to get it done. The speed of delivery through Argos delivery network was very good, transparent and reliable. Quality of rugs, mirror and cushions was very good and prices also good. Will order from Habitat again.

City Relay manage my London apartment for short and mid term lets. They run the property to a high standard and vet guests properly. Oona, my account manager has been responsive and proactive. They have also opened the market and offered me a longer term lets. Very pleased with the service and so far a huge improvement on the lettings agents I have used in the past.

Very responsive and quick delivery of two posters. Posters of high quality and in excellent condition. Price a little on the high side, although there is obviously demand for original London Underground posters. Only thing is, I wish there was a way of authenticating / certifying the originality of these posters given the price! Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

On time, did not complain about the difficulty parking, carefully reassembled furniture and worked quite hard to get it right. Could not take away all the packaging immediately so had to pay again to have this collected. Very polite and pleasant men.

Originally delivered the wrong colour of dining chair and this took many weeks to resolve although the person dealing with the return and redelivery was quite responsive. A further order of matching dining chairs was delivered on time and went smoothly. Nice product although on one of the chairs the legs (requiring some self assembly) not quite the same length so some rocking on one of the chairs.

Our 5 month old puppy who is cautious by nature came back from her Barking Mad holiday calm, chirpy and more confident with other dogs and strangers. The hosts were experienced dog lovers who took great care. There is a reassuringly thorough procedure. At the first visit to meet your dog, Brad takes a full history, behaviour form, likes and dislikes, dog habits - this is updated as time goes on. We had a trial day before the actual holiday which went well. We would definitely use this dog holiday service again.

Have used this service several times for small as well as large moves. Always been fortunate with the drivers and movers we have chosen. Will continue to use this service.

Speedy delivery and although not fitted yet it looks to be good quality product, well finished and well packed.

Fast delivery and good packaging. The battery on the phone is running down more quickly than expected although this is not a massive problem unless it gets worse.
