First class service throughout

Was telephoned 3times whilst waiting for patrolman. When he arrived he identified the problem immediately with his diagnostic tool. Very pleasant man and knowledgeable

Unfortunately the app connection on my phone didn’t connect. Fortunately I was able to telephone the call centre which was a huge relief.

I was surprised that the driver…

I was surprised that the driver installed my washing machine. When I asked he said he was not a trained engineer but it was a straightforward thing to do.

Great communication

Driver contact details given to me 24 hours before which meant I was able to ask him and he replied, for a rough idea of arrival time. On the day he sent me his estimated arrival time for pick up from me which was very helpful.
Would definitely recommend this company.

It's a win/win🙂

Bought a large yellow Thrift bag for I think 10p, filled it up with unwanted clothes and posted it off free of charge. Received an email that 5 items had been selected for sale and I had an opportunity to review the prices. If they sell I can opt to have credits to spend at White Stuff or donate to charity. The only effort on my part was filling the bag in the first place! What a great idea

The mechanism for the chain to pull the…

The mechanism for the chain to pull the blind up and down only went one way, i.e. it would roll down but not back up Had to dismantle it, very fiddly trying to get it to work. Have positioned the blind in one place and do not plan to adjust it unless absolutely necessary. Having said the above, I bought a different coloured blind at the same time, although 'flimsey' it goes up and down okay.
