If everyone worked as hard or as effectively as Molly at John Charcol, the world would be a far calmer, efficient and kinder place. We are first time buyers and have just completed on our property, and I can truly say we wouldn’t have been able to do it without Molly. She extended her role to other areas of support when others let us down; she was responsive, explained each step clearly, professional and very kind and patience.
