Best service and after care

From the time I place my order, to the time I put into my store room, I know things will be right. Occasionally there is a hiccup, but this is always sorted, replacement of damaged goods, replacement of short deliveries, but invariably, this is down to the courier firm. Probably 1 in 10 deliveries there is a small issue. BUT it's always corrected.
Very professional team who treat you as their one and only customer - and it feels this way every time. Nothing is too much bother. If they don't know an answer to your question, they will find out and come back to you. Customer care is paramount, and I feel that.
Staff are easy to get along with and if you have an account manager, they will keep in touch with you, with monthly check ups and updates.
If you order new products from them, then a COSHH sheet is automatically emailed to you - brilliant, as I tend to forget that!!
Am really happy with the service and after care that Care Home Life provide, that makes my life so much easier.

Late arrival

Our flight was late and we got to the car park 20 minutes late. Expecting to have to pay extra, the barrier lifted and out we went. Not too sure if this happens all the time, but thank you for the understanding of things out of our control. I had booked and paid for extra time for any unforeseen situations, but our delayed flight ate into this time.

Order placed easily. Delivery within 2 days. Contact made by the company to ask if everything ok and gave information of contacts should it be needed. Great price, great service and will definitely be using again.

Help needed

I was unsure that I had activated my insurance as had lots going on and it was 3 weeks previous to my insurance start date. I felt a bit silly asking the question, but sy4 helped me in an unfussy way, reassuring me that I had everything right and in place.
The waiting time before I had my live chat was about 5 minutes, but was far quicker than companies that you have to phone.
First impression of my new insurance company are 5*’s
