Horrible to disabled people.
I got reprimanded for abandoning my cart to shop yesterday at the Sprouts in Aurora, CO (Ironton St.) I’m disabled from a stroke and am paralyzed on my right side of my body. I was told that they will begin to put my items away. I’m sorry that I can’t carry a basket, or push a cart, or hold items properly. I didn’t realize how cruel people were to the disabled until I became disabled. I love Sprouts but this location specifically, is always full of very rude people. It’s sad really. I always thought when one is paid to do a job, part of the job is to be kind and accommodating to customers. Yesterday was one of many times the staff has been so rude. I sincerely hope they will be reprimanded, although I doubt it.
