Awful, disgusting customer care is horrific I should give the 0 instead of 1—the biggest disappointment in my life. Please do not travel with them I will never travel with TUI again !!!
I had an incident at the Hotel in Spain, and they were refused a compensation

This company took £18 from bank account…

This company took £18 from bank account and I've absolutely no idea how that happened or who they are!! This has caused me undue distress. Can only think this is a subscription that I was not aware of, from a scam purchase I made on the same day
This happened with me also I think they are scammer
