They deny all my travel claims i am covered for under A and B line coverage for veterans. They play god with all claims and when it’s time to talk about something they denied they blame VAC, and VAC blames them in a never ending circle. I highly don’t RECOMMEND. Find someone else to look after you, because if they can’t look after over 40,000 veterans out of the Afghan war who served Canada proudly how are they going to serve you ?

I’m a veteran from the Afghanistan war and served overseas driving over IED’s to find them. Manulife is just as difficult to work with as veterans affairs Canada and I don’t recommend

I paid for express shipping and it was 84$, the package is a week late, can’t track it with the stupid tracking number and when I talk to the customer service team at DHL, they’re about as useful as Justin Trudeau, meaning they’re completely useless and should get the hell out of Canada. Such a crappy company and I don’t recommend, useless you like getting screwed over and no lube, just sand paper as they take advantage of you after receiving your money. WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst customer service out there. They don’t give two turds if you leave because of their monopoly on the market. I bought my children each phones, asked for the 25$ talk and text plan on each. They applied it to one but not the other. Then said I owe them 113$ for data used. I asked for data blockers on both, and only wanted to pay 25$ each. They blamed me for not shutting off the data. And they denied being able to put a data blocker on the phone, yet we already have it on his twin sisters phone. This is my 5 phone call and the previous 4 times I was told it was taken care of, yet the charge is still on the bill.
