I'm using the Inspiro Block theme and it is very intuitive and fluid. The theme works well and allows me to create designs which would otherwise be extremely difficult. Very happy with it and I would recommend it Highly.

We have been using TeamViewer for many years as our RMM for our MSP service to thousands of customers. It has been amazing. TeamViewer has always had the most reliable connections, and simple common sense features that no-one else has (for example the techs in the field can add the customers name to the machine while installing the client). The platform is solid and fluid. What you need is where you need it. The customization options are easy to use. We have shopped many other "up and coming" all in one RMM platforms that supposedly have "all the bells and whistles" but the truth is for 20 years all our customers want is for us to be able to connect with them when they need us. TeamViewer makes that happen. There is a big disruption in MSP and RMM services since Covid-19 and everyone started working remotely. TeamViewer got us and our customers through it flawlessly. We were kicking back doing our thing while we watched other MSP companies scramble, struggle and fail. There's a big push right now for "single pane of glass" solutions which do it all. TeamViewer has also started adding some additional services such as backup, patching and antivirus. The additional services aren't perfect yet but we're sticking with TeamViewer because we know at the end of the day TeamViewer will be the one who implements them right. Toto Wolff knows consistency wins championships I'm sure he will help keep that mentality going in TeamViewer. Don't fall for the to good to be true sales pitches of all these new all in one RMM solutions we checked them out and it didn't take long to see the cracks and pitfalls they are dealing with. They are way too focused on sales and not on what techs and MSPs need.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair from Madison Seating. They claimed to have it in stock and ready to ship. They also claimed they would have the chair to me within 14 days. 5 weeks later I received the chair. The chair was damaged during shipping. The shipping box had multiple holes and dents because the chair was not properly packaged. Legs and armrests were sticking out of the box and were damaged. I wrote to Madison Seating, sent them pictures and a description of the damages. They are refusing to refund me because they claim it was an open box sale. I did not expect the chair to come with the manufacturers box but surely they could have packed it decently for shipping since that is their business selling and shipping chairs. I'll be pursuing further action.

Took a chance on the bed because the price was right and we are glad we did. The bed is built very well and is very comfortable. It has a great amount of adjustment. It arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. I have been and will continue to recommend it to friends and family.
