Used for the third time now - great deals and you get exactly what’s shown - no surprises deductions or fees later. Note if you buy an electric car you might have to go and get it as delivery not included, but that’s a fun adventure anyway

The customer agent I dealt with (Asda Colchester) was excellent, very efficient and helpful. Price was more than trade in.

Used drive the deal three time now - it’s exactly as described, they take the order details and put you in touch with the dealer, who then deals direct with you. No changes to pricing or anything. The margins are usually very thin on these deals so don’t expect the dealer to be able to offer great trade in (or indeed any trade in) but if you know that going in you can arrange alternatives to selling. Choice of cars will vary, but some of the good deals are impossible to match elsewhere in my experience. Great stuff

Sorry Evri - you might deliver 4 out of 5 parcels on time with no fuss, but I’ve had so many instances of lost parcels which simply doesn’t happen with other carriers. Lost another one this week, with tracking info that just keeps you hanging - “we will update you on next working day”. Just not good enough and no accountability. Ignore cheap price, don’t use.

Infinity renewables fitted a solar and battery combo via the solar together scheme. The survey was done very quickly and I did worry that it might not be quite thorough enough to capture all the details of fitting and cable routing. On installation day though, the team (who came to Essex from Somerset!) were excellent - and made sure they discussed clearly all the options for cable routing etc which was quite a challenge on the site. The installers and the after sale team who help you make any adjustments to your set up were superb and nothing was too much trouble. I think doing a slightly more detailed survey may make their jobs easier and might avoid challenges on the day, but from a customer point of view I got what I wanted and am happy with the result.

The colleague who we dealt with was very professional, and very fair.

The engineer Jason did a very thorough job, taking time to hide the cabling and making the install incredibly neat. There was an issue with the charger unit, but Jason raised the service ticket for me and I expect will be back to repair the faulty part.

Accurate and detailed delivery times are provided, and the delivery drivers have always been professional and courteous. Unlike other couriers, they have always run the bell before leaving the item in a safe place. Much better experience than certain competitors

Call centre and recovery team were excellent. What is frustrating was the time taken to issue a rescue. The recovery team were a third party who arrived within 10 mins of them getting the call from the RAC. However, the RAC did not make that call until 2 and a half hours after the breakdown. I suspect they were waiting to see if they could issue their own patrol (which is presumably cheaper) rather than prioritizing a quick recovery.
