We’ve bought our first home through Castle Green at Woodland Manor, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and (admittedly) some nerves, but the team were friendly, supportive, and always happy to explain things clearly. We reserved our plot very early on, before there was any sales presence on site. While this did mean that it was occasionally difficult to get answers to some of our questions early in the process, we really appreciated the support we received – especially from Rhianna and Ellis. They always made the effort to respond promptly via phone or email and kept us as informed as possible, even when things were still in the early stages.
Upon completion, we were introduced to both Ryan (Site Manager) and Goff (Assistant Site Manager), and their customer service and attentiveness has been nothing short of incredible. The quality and finish of our house is amazing. While we did have a few snags – which are to be expected – they were extremely minor, and now, one month on, nearly all of them have been completed. Nothing is too much for Goff; even small things have made a big difference to how supported we’ve felt. From arranging skips for our rubbish when the bins were delayed, to regular communication & check-ins at our house just to see how we’re getting on. We also still receive check ins from Rhianna and Ellis in Sales, and it’s this kind of care that really stands out.
Now that we’re in, we’re so pleased with the home and the wider development. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into both the design and the customer experience both during sales, and after. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better journey overall.
We’d definitely recommend Castle Green to others looking for a well-built, thoughtfully supported new-build experience.

We recently used Watson Ramsbottom for the purchase of our first home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Bridget and Janet were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.

Their communication was outstanding – we always felt in the loop and never had to chase for updates. Both were so kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything to me over the phone in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which really helped as there were quite a few things I didn’t fully understand with it being the first time going through this process.

Everything was handled so quickly, and efficiently, and we didn’t have a single problem from start to finish. Buying your first home can be stressful, but Bridget and Janet made the whole process so much smoother and less daunting.

Amazing service start to finish. I purchased AC Milan V Inter Milan tickets, was worried I would be scammed and never receive them or they would be fake when I did receive them. Non of the above happened. Their communication is amazing - you will purchase them (beware of the additional booking fee mine was circa £100 which I didn’t realise until the very end when I went to pay!), things will go quiet as explained and you will receive the tickets via email the week before. Mine came on the Tuesday via email & the match was the Sunday. Ensure you print them out as well as having them on your phone & if you have any queries or questions they’re always available on an online chat / WhatsApp/ ring you! Perfect service will defo use again. Would much prefer paying slightly more and know I’m not going to get scammed.

The only thing is the seats were so far away from the pitch, and given the face value of the tickets versus how much these charged including over £100 for booking fee I’d have expected better seats closer to the pitch so I’ve reduced to 4 star.

Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because I had asked for a 'mixture of denominations' - I didn't get a mixture, I got all the same note (and alot of them) which is slightly annoying. Nevertheless, they had the best exchange rate over everyone I researched and very prompt delivery service.

Won't be ordering from here again! Took advantage of their 80% off sale. Placed my order on 5th September with 2-5days delivery. Didn't receive an email to say my order had been dispatched, but the money I had spent was logged against my account. On Thursday 12th September I emailed customer services asking where my order was. I got a really lovely message from Georgie, to explain there had been a delay and I should receive my delivery tonight (8 days after placing my order). Emailed again today, requesting for my order number to track my parcel (didn't have one as my order history had been wiped clean off my account) and I got a reply instantly saying that my order has 'become lost' and they will refund my money. I had spent £90+ , and now one week before my holiday am left with no clothes and absolutely no explanation / reason for this awful awful service. Won't be ordering again- stay with trustworthy sites such as Missguided, PLT, Boohoo & ASOS. :-)
