Woodland Manor 5*
We’ve bought our first home through Castle Green at Woodland Manor, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and (admittedly) some nerves, but the team were friendly, supportive, and always happy to explain things clearly. We reserved our plot very early on, before there was any sales presence on site. While this did mean that it was occasionally difficult to get answers to some of our questions early in the process, we really appreciated the support we received – especially from Rhianna and Ellis. They always made the effort to respond promptly via phone or email and kept us as informed as possible, even when things were still in the early stages.
Upon completion, we were introduced to both Ryan (Site Manager) and Goff (Assistant Site Manager), and their customer service and attentiveness has been nothing short of incredible. The quality and finish of our house is amazing. While we did have a few snags – which are to be expected – they were extremely minor, and now, one month on, nearly all of them have been completed. Nothing is too much for Goff; even small things have made a big difference to how supported we’ve felt. From arranging skips for our rubbish when the bins were delayed, to regular communication & check-ins at our house just to see how we’re getting on. We also still receive check ins from Rhianna and Ellis in Sales, and it’s this kind of care that really stands out.
Now that we’re in, we’re so pleased with the home and the wider development. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into both the design and the customer experience both during sales, and after. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better journey overall.
We’d definitely recommend Castle Green to others looking for a well-built, thoughtfully supported new-build experience.
