This rowing machine is the second piece of equipment I have purchased from JLL having previously bought an exercise bike. They are both excellent quality and the whole family are very pleased with them. The rower was delivered in less than a week, and we live in the Scottish isles so quite a surprise to receive it so quickly. There was a bolt missing from the stabiliser which Lauren sent to us immediately I requested it. Both pieces of equipment are well made, comfortable and quiet in use. I would highly recommend JLL, we are now looking at the treadmills.

Dpd received my parcel on 25th aug, since then they have had a problem at their sortation facility and the expected delivery date keeps getting put back. Hopeless!!
I am pleased to say that DPD responded to my review and said someone would contact me shortly, 24 hours later and still no contact.

Once again Clydesdale Bank have changed the log on system without notice and once again it doesn't work. The call centre is,of course, experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls.

Some advice for Clydesdale,go back to the old system and do some robust testing on your new system before you introduce it. And let your customers know before you do it. It is not rocket science.
