Based on your customer support interaction, it seems like you're upset about not being able to withdraw your winnings from the free spins. If you had read the terms (which I would expect from someone who has gambled all their life), you would know that bonus funds need to be wagered. Although the winnings from the free spins were forfeited by you, our advisor was nice and offered to add them back, but you requested to close your account instead.
Perhaps it's time to stop and reconsider gambling as getting this upset for your own wrongdoing is a bit concerning.

The heating engineers went behond any expectations I had. They needed to remove old boiler in loft and fit new boiler downstairs in cupboard. It was a job only professional engineers could handle. They worked all day and worked through their lunch etc. Never stopped. They were courteous and would recommend william and his colleague to anyone. Very happy customer 😀
