Poor Customer service

I recently purchased a new bike from Amstelveen store, but I am very disappointed with the service of the staff for following reasons:-

1) I visited the store to try Batavus Star bike, after trial I liked the bike and wanted to buy it. This was the very first time I was buying a bike and was seeking guidance from the staff but the staff person was not helpful and was hurrying things. I enquired about lock suitable for the bike but he was rushing to get the invoicing done and did not answer my queries.
2) When I asked for a basket that would fit on the bike, the staff person suggested a Cortina basket and said it would just fit on the front carrier with a click. I was about to buy the basket but changed my mind as the basket was expensive and I wanted to check other options. On returning home, I checked more details on that Cortina basket on the internet and found that it required an additional AVS adapter to fit on my Batavus Star bike. I expected the staff to be honest about this additional expense, but he was just hurrying things up.
3) I requested for buying insurance for the bike and during billing the person told me that he has included the insurance. But the person did not inform me about the premium amount or any other details about the insurance. Later on returning home, I found out that there are 2 types of insurances, but I was by default given only theft insurance. From such a reputed store, I expected that they would explain the insurance cover and ask for my consent on the premium amount before taking the insurance on my behalf.
4) Another big disappointment was that I ordered 2020 model of Batavus Star and the same is also mentioned on the order and invoice but the bike which I got is from 2019.

The above process just took 5 mins but since I was inexperienced in buying bikes I did not realize then that I deserved much better service. It felt like I was forced to make the decision in a haste. Although I must admit I do not have any complaints about the bike, this review is not for the bike but for the store.
In all it is a pity I chose to buy my first bike from this store. I would never do that again nor recommend any of my friends.

First time experience with Gate1

First time experience with Gate1 - Worked very Well !
Although it took sometime for ticket to be issued, everything went well.
In happy scenario, it went all smooth.
There were no delays or missed flights, so difficult to comment on service during such unpleasant situations.
