Had to help tech to remove and install battery. Check engine light now displays and car door locks malfunctioning. Tech told customer service that check engine light was on before installation, which was not true. Will not recommend this company not because they may or may not have damaged my car but because of their dishonesty.

Easy and convenient but a little expensive

I was not very happy the first couple of weeks because I only lost a couple of pounds and then plateaued. But around two weeks later I started losing about a pound a week. It’s been about 6 weeks and with exercise I feel more energized and I’ve lost 6 1/2 pounds. I’m good with losing a pound or two a week and this is the easiest diet I’ve ever been on. To me this isn’t a diet it’s changing my life.
